Pulse is an AI-powered assistant platform that allows users to interact with artificial intelligence through various messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and web chat. The service enables users to configure AI models, manage integrations, and store files.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Pulse, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pulse to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Pulse allows you to provide your own API keys for AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• Compliance with the terms of service of third-party providers
• Any costs incurred through the use of your API keys
• Understanding the data processing practices of third-party AI providers

6. Subscription and Payments

Pulse offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pulse service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SnowStorm Solutions S.L. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Pulse. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnowStorm Solutions S.L. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from AI-generated content or recommendations
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• The service will meet your specific requirements

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You may request a copy of your data before deletion

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toledo, Spain.

For consumers residing in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
